There are subtle (and not so subtle!) signs all around you with regards to how you're vibrating and ultimately what you're letting in.
The other day I was getting ready for work and I was running a teeny bit late! When I got to the station, the escalator was broken, as I was walking down the staircase, I was stuck between two slow girls and then to top it off, the tube in front had broken doors so our tube was packed with those people and slow!
I managed to get to work with plenty of time to spare so it all worked out fine, but I was quick to catch it all and instead of going into stress mode about potentially being late, I put on some Hans Zimmer and did my best to reach for a feeling of ease, appreciation and well being.
You see, the Universe is always reflecting back to you your vibration and instead of reacting directly to what's going on (especially if it's not pleasing), we want to decide how you wish to feel, set your tone and then let that be reflected back to you. That is conscious creating at its best!
All is well!!!
