Same with your daily life. If you can set in place these small but potent cues to positivity, then over a lifetime, it will tip in your favour. A short list of positive aspects, a few minutes of meditation, a smile, some time spent laughing, it all adds up.
Likewise, it's the small niggles of negativity which can go the other way!
If you haven't already, try a morning and/or evening routine of some good mental focus. Meditate, breathe, visualise, write- whatever you enjoy that helps set you up for goodness. It can make all the difference!
