What with the then recent attack on Manchester the people of the Graham Norton show decided to do a dedication to them and not have an opening monologue.
Instead, he just offered his gift of distraction, humour and jokes throughout the show.
Do not underestimate the power of distraction. This is a valuable tool in your box of tricks when lifting your vibration. Reality can be a real drag sometimes and it can be difficult to face and feel good. So taking your mind off things can be infinitely useful to feel better about life.
Whether it's comedy, dancing, music, the theatre, running, cooking- whatever takes you out of that negative situation and allows your mind to clear and vibration to rise can only be a good thing.
The key here is to be deliberate in your actions. To choose to do these things knowing that you're going into it to feel as good as you can. Being a deliberate creator is what's most important.
