This is a lovely affirmation and one which Abe and Louise Hay love to use 'Things are always working out for me!' Especially if things don't seem that they are going well, it is even more important to repeat positive things such as this!

It helps soothe the stress, calms the internal dialogue and helps pre pave your energy for wellness.

And on a grand Universal scale, things are always working out for you. If you could see the wonderful future that the contrast is mapping out and lining up for you, you would not worry about what is happening in the now (easier said than done but hey!).

The key word is to trust and relax into your well being, say kind things to yourself always and allow the Universal energy to bring your good to you!
