And with such things you have to just trust in the process of healing and time. You can't magically force it along, you just have to trust the cells of your body to work together to recover nicely in their own way.
The same can be said of emotional wounds. And these can take even longer to heal as they are embedded with older issues. You must be easy about it and with yourself. When something negative happens, you can't just make the feelings go away instantly. You just have to keep focused on as good a state of mind as you can conjure at that moment and then let nature take its course.
Your heartbreak, disappointment or whatever it is you're going through will pass, you just have to allow the wounds to breathe and seal up. Be easy about it, but also keep your eye on feeling as good as you can!
