Instead, let the negativity subside and reach for calmness, funness and positive beingness. But let it happen organically- don’t demand yourself to feel better if you’re in the midst of a horrible emotion. Sometimes, the more you shuffle yourself along and condemn where you’re at, the more you get stuck in the space you don’t want to be.
Just be easy, patient and kind with yourself. Know you’re doing the best you can and that all is truly well!
