Trust your own gut Avril!!! Head above water goodness!!! Xxx

A favourite from childhood, Avril Lavigne is back with a vengeance! After working to overcome Lyme disease she has just released her beautiful new song Head Above Water. It is a wonderful song! She recounts that she got ill and saw top doctor after top doctor but they couldn’t tell her what was wrong- some thought it was depression, others thought it could be something minor. She eventually discovered it was Lyme disease and she is now on way back to the top.

One of the news presenters said that it was good she trusted her gut, even though the professionals were telling her something completely different. Sometimes, you just have to trust yourself. If it feels off, investigate, go find your own answers til you are satisfied!
