When I'm dealing with grumpy customers or DJ requests, I try to ask what would they like - as a resolution to their issue. But they continue to complain what's wrong and they go on and on! So I'm still none the wiser as to what they would like.
I have to re explain or interrupt and say 'what do you want?' But it really slows the whole process down when they complain! It's a bit like that with the Universe- your stuff is waiting for you and for you to align up with it but you stay in the vibration of what's wrong.
Live the contrast and then focus on what you would like! Be clear on what you want.
