Oooh, Sydney port is opposite the Opera House, it is absolutely stunning. What a blessing it is to be here. Am loving Australia lots and lots, really fresh, vibrant and clean! Quinoa and chia galore!
It is now just before 5.30pm and we are getting ready for the first opening talk by Abe. It's just a 30 minute, pre cruise intro to set the tone. The ship is stunning as always, as is the food and cake, cake and more cake! It is wonderful to meet up with old friends from London and past cruises.
Abe began with:
- It is a rare one who comes consciously into alignment on a consistent basis. Focusing is deliberate intent. Your emotions are your moment by moment indicator of the relationship between you and your Inner Being. It's more important than what anyone thinks, or what you think about anyone.
- You are tethered to a broader perspective. You didn't come to save the world. You came because you are creative genius. You came because there is variety.
- When conditions are at their best, it's easy to be in alignment. But we do not want you to be need to pleased by the environment or people. Maybe Abe should've got Esther to organise one of these in a wretched place! Lol. So we can focus and be in alignment.
- Be nice to each other, be nice to yourselves!
