Wahey!!! You did it!!! Maybe- Lol. So for the first 31 days of January I wrote up a different feel-good process each day for you to join in. I tried to make it as varied as possible with varying levels of difficulty, so as to mix it up for you. There's no one right way to do these things and this was just to highlight the myriad of ways in which you can lift your vibration. Some would be more focused and would consist of putting pen to paper, others asked you to use your imagination, whilst others encouraged you just to have a little bit more fun, but in a most deliberate, conscious way.
I'm a bit of a stickler for doing some sort of daily practise, as I really believe that it's vitally important to keep focused on how you want to think and feel.
One game I've been playing as much as I can since the New Year is 'How do I want to feel?' Whenever I start to feel myself going off (which is more often than I'd like to think!), I try to remember to ask that question and then I just reel off a string of positive consciousness... Which would go something like this- 'I want to feel safe, I want to feel sure and comfortable, I want to know my wellness, my goodness, I want to feel good, I want to feel brilliance and ease, I want to truly be at ease and wonderful...' And after a good few rounds of that, I'm back in the Vortex!
So, however you do it, whenever you do it, I really think there's some value to being conscious as often as you can. Wanting and working to be positive and focused in a better feeling direction.
