Different strokes for different folks- not everything will activate the same things for all people. You may prefer to visualise, or some prefer to write, others may like to just meditate- the key is just to remember to reach for relief and whatever feels good.
We are at the beginning of a new month, so you can start afresh. Try a new process every day or pick your best ones and do them daily. It's completely up to you to see what works. Just try to do something on the regular and see how it goes.
