In this day and age where everything is so accessible and anyone can pretty much do anything, it's important to be able to see what you bring to the table and what your gifts are. What differentiates you from the crowd.
As a DJ I do my best to offer the best team and customer service I can (though if people keep being rude and bugging me with requests, then I can get snappy!). As a strong introvert I try to use my ability to pick up on subtleties and offer the human touch where I can.
It's about working out how you can bring the best of who you are to the table and doing it!
