When Hilary Swank got booted off 90210, it led to greatness!!! Xxx

I was watching an interview with the wonderful Hilary Swank and she was recounting the story of what was supposed to be her big break.

She had been given a role in Beverley Hills 90210, which was very popular back in the day. However, it was about series 8 and numbers had dropped off. She was then cut from the series. Which was obviously heart breaking at the time. "If I'm not good enough for 90210, I'm not good enough for anything."

However, her breakout role came shortly after in the movie 'Boys don't cry.' Which as the first of her two Oscar noms and wins!

She muses that had she not been kicked off 90210, then she wouldn't have done Boys don't cry. So everything is working out, even though in the moment it might not feel like it.

You have to trust that you'll be ok. Just keep working it!
