Albeit seconds to fix, it feels like a mini eternity! But that has taught me to remain in the moment and conscious as possible. To really slow down and move deliberately. I then have to get the music going as soon as I can and then get back on track.
If I try I to rush or carrying on in a flustered state, it'll only get worse. So it really is good for crisis training ha!
