Oprah was being interviewed by a South African chap who I believe was involved in the setting up and running of her girl's academy. They were discussing what she would do differently had she to do it over again.
She mused that instead of starting from scratch, she would improve something that was already there. She would take it one night at a time, because that's all you can do. Try not to go too far ahead of yourself because there is just so much that needs to be done.
Whether it's raising a child, getting through life or whatever, all you can do is take it day by day, bit by bit, step by step. That's what Louise Hay did when she first started selling her books. Her and her mother, just did what was in front of them. And that all did rather well!
Don't run before you can walk, take it easy. One breath at a time. How exciting and ease filled life can be!
