I’m not sure if this is what caused it, but when I was a kid I thought my sister’s glasses were cool. Many years later I got short sighted! I tried glasses but found my eyes getting worse as they got used to them. I didn’t really like daily/monthly contacts and found I rubbed them out and napping with them was not great.

Anyhoo, I stumbled across an amazing treatment called Ortho-K, a YouTube video of the optician Charles Babumba and Phillip Schofield on This Morning confirmed how cool it was. You basically sleep with the lenses, it reshapes your eyeballs, take the lens out in the morning and go about your day lens free.

For me, it’s the greatest thing ever. A perfect match for a good vibration. They work perfectly for me and I’ve had laser hawk eye sharpness for ages now- how I managed for years and years with everything blurry makes me wonder- there’s no going back now ha!

I would love to magic LOA vibration my eyes but for now, this action fits perfectly!
