I read an article in free business paper- City AM and it said that women make better investors than men apparently! Gender aside, it's the qualities that one might say are stereotypically female which put them in good stead for investing, especially using the buy and hold strategy (which is what I teach- you basically buy your shares and you leave them for a number of years to grow)- it's the diligence, patience and arguably, the dash of intuition sprinkled in amongst that which contributes to success.
Being spiritual and quite possibly an introvert gives you the advantage of your gut feeling and attunement and sensitivity that helps you pick up the subtleties which others may miss. And that's why I love teaching investing to you all!
A huge deterrent from the stock market is fear, lack of confidence and risk aversion. After looking high and low, I had a great intro course, read, read and read some more and after investing myself, I just love to bring this knowledge to others who may want to learn!
I thoroughly enjoy using the other side of my brain and grounding into the physical. It's also trusting in the bigger picture which I got from learning about the Law Of Attraction, which lends itself to the stock market world.
