Some points from the evening:
- Bless your water! There have been various experiments on how thoughts can affect water and other living things. Positive thought leads to better well being for the water molecules- and when you think that the body constitutes of mainly water, it's defo worth sending your body love and light!
- Judgey wudgey was a bear! If you can release your judgments towards yourself, other things and people then that'll create a more relaxed, positive well being state of mind for yourself! And that can only be a good thing!
- Mirror work- always a good, powerful technique for drawing more good stuff. Look into your eyes in the mirror and say 'I love you, I really love you' or at least 'I'm willing to love you.' Do this whenever you pass a mirror. It is so good!
- WWW process. Write down: What do you want. Why do you want it. What you have that matches it. This a tool I use everyday and it just helps iron out any resistances!
