We had a most perfect night with the most brilliant, beautiful, fabulous, kind and smart souls!!!
So much covered I couldn't even begin to detail it all. So here are just some points which come to mind:
- You are creating life. Life isn't something happening to you! A wonderful reminder that you are the creator of your reality. Life isn't a string of things happening to you. Instead, you are the masterful creator of your experience.
- Every thought you think is an affirmation. Every word you speak and every thought you think is an affirmation. Be conscious of what you're thinking and feeling and where your patterns lie. When you are aware then you can make any changes you see fit.
- Find your happiness NOW. Even when you achieve your goals, there will always be room for more, so do your best to be mindful of your now and the beauty which surrounds you. There will always be constant growth. You are an eternal being.
So much wisdom shared, this isn't even the tip of the iceberg! Love you guys and thank you for braving the snow to make it! As always a pleasure!

- Make a list of goals you want this year and your first step towards it. It can be oftentimes that the goals we set are just way to big for us to conceive a way about it. And so that intimidates us. Just make the first step. E.g if you are writing a book, start with a sentence, that becomes a paragraph, which becomes a chapter, which eventually becomes a book.
By taking the first, inspired, next logical step towards what we want, things turn out much easier. Just do your best to feel good first.
- Appreciation for 2014/What you want for 2015 in the following areas: Money/Career/Relationships/Health
You can list what you appreciated last year. Thus activating that good feeling and drawing more of it towards you.
And/or you make a list of things you're looking forward to this year. Either things you are definitely going to do and are excited about. Or things you would like to happen.
I also got you to write 2-3 things on a post it note. Goals you want or intentions. And to ideally post it somewhere which would act as a regular reminder (e.g your bathroom mirror, fridge etc). So they can gently remind yourself of where you wish to focus. (And not to beat yourself up if you haven't done it!). Chill out, everything is unfolding perfectly!
