Some of what we did:
- List all the wonderful things you could and would do in life. A mega bucket list! It could be things such as: travel, buy a house, have a nice massage etc. It's important to focus on your life and what matters to you before you get caught up in 'stuff' and your life has passed you by!
- We did the cheque game. Write a fun amount on a dummy cheque and spend it vibrationally. If you had x amount of millions in the bank what would you with it- would you invest it, spend it, how would it flow for you?
- We then looked at affirmations. These are beliefs and thoughts that you want to be true for you. They should be some of the Ps- Present tense- based in the now and not future. Personal- good to start with 'I'. Positive- e.g. I am well, I am early to events, vs I am not sick, I am not late. And Punchy- keep it short and sweet so you can memorise it easily and recall it without difficulty when you need to!
- Writing the perfect life for yourself. Scripting how your ideal life would look and feel! What would your abundance, relationships, job, hobbies look like in your dream scenario? And feeling and believing in it! That's what's most important!
