A smattering of points:
- Whether it's sad, or its pleasin', it happens for a reasin' (reason!). You have to trust that things are always unfolding perfectly. It may not seem nor feel that way but you gotta believe in the goodness!
- It works, it really works! If you apply it, do the work diligently, then what happens can blow you away! One to the peoples who came to a group did all the exercises from the book 'The Magic' by Rhonda Byrne. She went to bingo, declared she was going to win and won £4,000, then the week after she won £1,000! You gotta love it! Feeling better is the key, but the manifestations sure are fun evidence!
- Mindfulness and meditation are excellent tools to get your mind into a better space. Your mental health is of the utmost importance to you functioning in this crazy time space reality, so these tools just centre yourself and make you feel more capable of handling the world.
- No matter what the contrast, you can do it! You are a fighter for well being! So many people have been through so much, it blows me away to see what they've overcome. So you should be immensely proud of who you are and how far you've come!
