Some key points:
- Love your loved ones but know that you know best for you. Family- who'd have em ha! Your internal guidance is the best for you though. If others around you try to drag you down with negativity then mentally let them go. Trust that they are doing the best they can with what they know how but that you have your own path to live.
- The power of the Mastermind! One reason I just love these groups is being with other people who are focused in the positive! One on their own is powerful, but many all joined together in positive harmony- now that is great stuff!
- The power of daily practise. If we've said it once, we've said it a million times- there's something amazing about having some sort of daily habit in place. Make lists of appreciation, meditate, visualise, dance, whatever it is that you need to make yourself feel that little bit better!
- The power of allowing good health and all sorts! If you can get out of the way, you can allow some wonderful things in. The body in constantly regenerating, so if you can get out of the way and start flowing goodness, then it can be that easy to allow wellness in! Just get out of the way!
