One of the girls was speaking about her issues of dealing with money and how her family used it as control mechanism and how her father's view really impacted her relationship with finances.
Louise asked her if she could forgive her father and move on, to which the audience member was slightly hesitant. Louise interjected that it was in her interest to forgive and forget because his relationship with money was separate to hers.
We can hold onto a lot of stuff and take other people's issues on and claim them as our own but it really shouldn't affect us insofar as that is their reality but not ours- unless we make it so.
Carve out beliefs, thoughts and feelings which work for you, which feel good and provide you with a more positive life. It's your choice at the end of the day!
All is well!!!
Happy father-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
