One fun way of living life is to really milk the thoughts of a fun experience that you're going to have.

For example, I'm off to Tokyo very soon! I cannot wait- the chance to experience a completely new and different culture and the journey all along the way.

I'm deliberately milking the different parts of my trip. Contemplating the wonderful experience of flying, the reliable train system, the delicious food, the chance to see all the new cities.

Being deliberate in your choice of where you put your attention and the wonderful things that lie ahead is such excellent pre paving. It gets your mind in a great space and sets up the energy for what's coming!
