Once a worrier, always a worrier... Perhaps! Growing up, I used to worry non stop, that's in fact what drew me to self help. I would just go from class to class, dreading what could happen. This was clearly not healthy.

Nowadays, many decades later with a ton of work done on myself, I try not to worry as much! However, it's easy to slip back into that mode. So it takes conscious effort, work and a bit of surrender! But if I'm not aware, I'll easily slip into worry mode which can bring me back to being a kid at school again.

You may always be you with your bad habits, but doesn't mean you can't change or at least improve!
