Part of the show was a test where they measured the health levels and staying power of experimental groups where they would be: quitting cold turkey, using nicotine replacement or e-cigs.
Broadly speaking all the results were way better after a month of giving up proper cigarettes. What was quite surprising was the turnaround in health and wellbeing in as little a month. Some people's test results for some of them were virtually as if they never had smoked.
It really stands out how resilient the body is and how it is always reaching for wellbeing and when you stop doing that thing which blocks it, it can align with its natural well being. And in as little as a month, you can change your being for the better!
Your vibration is just like that. When you get out of your own way, it rises and allows more and more goodness into your life. You don't even necessarily have to think positive positive, just stopping negativity and reaching for neutrality (meditation is good for this), can be so good for your soul!
