The analogy I give is that imagine that sick feeling in your stomach before you go into an exam and you've just been told you no longer have to take that exam. The feeling of relief washing over you is what you would ideally be what you reach for when you're feeling negative emotion about anything.
That's the goal of the game! To cast your mind over the subjects in your life and see how you're feeling about them. If it's in the higher echelons- hope, love, fun, excitement, positive expectation, then great, carry on that. If you're feeling desperation, anxious etc and you've got that heavy feeling, then reach for whatever thought feels better. When you can feel relief, then things are in the right direction. And on a personal note, this is when manifestation most reliable occurs for me- well that and after a good group, cruise of fun time!
