The author of E2- Pam Grout was being interviewed by the hysterical Jessica Ortner for her podcast and they were talking about the field of energy.
Pam spoke about Einstein rods- which to my understanding, can be basically two metal coat hangers bent to make divining devices. They are lightly held in each of your hands. She said that when you think a negative thought, the rods move in one way and when you think positive thoughts, they move in another.
This reminded me of an experiment Susan Jeffers wrote about in her amazing book 'Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway.' She got someone to repeat a negative statement e.g. 'I am weak and unworthy' over and over again. She then got them to stick out their arm and resist it when she tried to push it down. Invariably the arm was weak and got pushed lower. However, when she got them repeat a positive statement, she couldn't force the arm down!
What these experiments highlight is that negative have an impact, as do positive thoughts. There is a marked difference in the energy and results given out by the different types of thinking.
To take it further, we want you to think good thoughts because of the way it feels and not what will manifest. When you're feeling and thinking good, you're in the flow, in alignment with who you really are and this is what we want for you lots and lots!
The offshoot of that is things will go better for you, you'll feel more upbeat and confident. And then you'll know the Universe is on your side. (It always is by the way, it's just are you on the same vibrational frequency as it!).
So do your best to think and feel better. Bit by bit, easy does it.
All is well!
Happy Einstein-ing!!!
