How time flews- my London group is now almost 11 years old- hopefully we'll get to meet in the physical in November! My other groups across the country aren’t far behind and I still love running them as much as ever. I get just as much out of them as anyone else- the good feelings and manifestations that follow are so phenomenal.

It’s really satisfying being with other good people who are positively focused and just trying their best. I’m constantly inspired and reminded by the musings and thoughts and wisdom nuggets that come through.

I love seeing the change in people as they do their best to apply the work to their life. The physical and mental transformation I see in as little as a month is really quite mind blowing.

I just love sharing this! I’m learning and having successes and failures and livings and learnings. It’s all about co creation!

​I love the feeling the day after a group. I always feel wonderfully fresh, light, chatty, confident and just mentally well beinged Also the same when I’ve had a good time out with friends or loved ones.

It’s a wonderful way to feel and an indicator that you are on the right path. You want to involve yourself in those good feeling things which take you outside of yourself. It can get really easy to lock yourself in to you and in your own head. To get out there, mix it up and let the energy flow, that is good!

Anything which calms the mind and body can only be a good thing. Our bodies and minds are subject to different stresses than our ancestor cave peoples! However, they are just as present, perhaps even more so as we are inundated with data, social media, images of others living their apparent best life!

It’s good to have tools which help you relax and tune into best, most peaceful part of you! It’s vital to living a good life, otherwise your body will let you know one way or another!

​One of my friend’s was having jaw problems. Upon seeing his dentist- he was told that he was clenching too much and grinding his teeth in his sleep due to stress and anxiety. Surprising, but not when you think about it.

Your body has to release all the stress hormones and such which one way or another. If it can’t do it whilst your conscious, then the only out is when you’re asleep and it can be dealt with in that way.
It serves you to not feel too anxious, stressed or to be able to deal with it in a productive manner. It has to find out a way out!

​I love problem solving or working round things. Where there’s a will, there’s a way! Most of the time you get stuff done. Sometimes things aren’t possible and you just have to let it go. But if you go forward with an open heart and mind, then solutions will become clearer than you could know!

You need to shift to the mode of solution than that of problem. The Universe and all that is can bring you what you want, you just have to get in the right mode. Focus and allowing, are so important when dealing with your manifestations. And don’t forget it’s all for the fun of it.

​One thing that all of the masters in the online Masterclass lessons have said is that a period of incubation, distance and allowing is a necessity. Whether you’re an actor and are learning lines, or a producer or a writer, having a time of distance to give the brain a refresher and clarity are essential.

It gives you a fresh perspective and a clearer viewpoint on what you’ve been working on. The same can be said of vibration. Sometimes we get so caught up in the manifestation that we lose track of ourselves. Taking your negative attention away from something is just as powerful as working it into a better space. So have a breather!

I have no real acting experience and definitely no training. So it was really interesting to see her speak about the depth to which she goes to to prepare for a role. She says that whilst no one may ever know what you’ve created about the character, it doesn’t matter. What’s important is that you’ve got your story in your mind so you can act as if you’re that person.

Same goes for prepaving- imagine what it would really be like to have the ideal house/partner/money etc, what would you say, wear, talk like. Get in the vibrational space of it happening and have fun with it!

Some of the most successful songs in history which make the biggest impact are the easiest to remember, much like nursery rhymes and such which, they get a crowd going due to their simplicity.

As Abraham says- they only have one message ‘Get happy!’ but we just like to complicate things with theory and books upon books. If you were to make your lifelong goal to just relax and do your best to feel better, you’d be surprised at how much that can yield. In fact, that’s pretty much anything and everything you’d need to know!

Do your best to be aware of how you feel and what you can do to improve it!

​Whilst there are a list of what I call ‘failsafe’ tunes which will almost always get people reacting and moving on the dancefloor (even if I don’t always like them!), others you just have to try it and see. It will depend on the crowd, the time of night and how drunk they are ha! Some tunes which I thought would do amazing, only get a mediocre response and others get a big cheer.

Life is the same no matter what it is you’re doing. You just have to put your best foot forward and see how it goes. Sometimes things will land and it’ll be amazing, other times it won’t and you just have to try something else. That’s the very nature of being here. But don’t be discouraged, just keep trying!

​Exercise - keep moving and do something. It's really easy to be sluggish when stuck indoors but moving deliberately will help keep your body and mind clear! I never had the time to exercise but now I can do quite a lot, I'm attempting 100 burpees a day for a month(!). It doesn't cost you anything and you don't need much space to dance, jump around on the spot. Situps, pushups, tricep dips, star jumps- do whatever you feel inspired and is comfortable for your body.

Gentle stretching, yoga, pilates- there's so much on YouTube and online for you to dip into. Have fun- it's great for your endorphin levels and mental clarity.

I love my me time but does seem to be an innate need for human connection. It's why we came to this time-space reality. There are so many tools at our disposal- Whatsapp, Zoom, Houseparty, Facebook live etc. Use them diligently and to connect with positive people!

Connect, connect, connect with good people. Use this opportunity to strengthen and/or create stronger bonds with good people. We have amazing free/cheap tech which can connect us with friends across the planet and with all this spare time we can enjoy each others company more. Seek out good people who won't complain too much or terrorise you. This has highlighted to me the strong desire for human contact and interaction, a good support network is really helpful!

It's important to live a balance- doing too much or too little can affect your well being. If you're always on the go (something I do far too much!), then you're not allowing your mind and body to rest and recover. If you're stuck doing nothing then you can get really lethargic.

Make you have time for both- rest and allowing and action and getting out there. You body and beingness will thank you for the mixing it upness. Too much of one thing isn't always the greatest. Catch it early as you can!

Whilst we don't see eye to eye with everyone, you have to appreciate the immense diversity out there in the world. The myriad of perspectives towards any given situation, it really is amazing.

You have to be conscious not to be sucked into other people's crap and to focus on your own. Live and let live and be focused on what you want and how you want things to turn out. What someone else believes or wants needn't have any impact on what happens in your life.

You just gotta write everyone out of your life equation.

You have to trust in perfect timing! Whether it's to receive your goodies, or to transition to the great beyond. There's only so much control you can exert in the small part of who we really are. There's so much bigger and brighter out there and we don't know the bigger picture.

If it's your time, it's your time and you just have to surrender to the wave of life that will take you where it'll take you. Let go of the minuscule amount of control you think you have and surrender to the greater plan. Trust that all is well!

What's going on in the world, seems to have a lot of people running scared. Not mixing it up, getting out there, just shutting oneself away! Whilst I'm not advocating doing anything stupid, you can't be so terrified of dying that you stop living. What kinda experience is that?

We are all eternal beings, so whatever will be, will be. Be mindful not to stop experiencing life and being paralysed by fear, there's very little quality of life there.

Whilst it seems like the end of the world, although it might be, I highly doubt it. All the fear will subside and much like the various world events of past, it'll fade into the distance. It might take a while but it will all die down (so to speak).

We've lived through worse and there will always be something to worry about, you just have to relax and breathe and let it pass.

You want to feel good for feeling good sake and you don't want to feel bad for feeling bad sake! It can get really heavy and dreary to be stuck in negativity. It's a drain on the mind and body, so do your best to lighten up and focus on the good.

You can't get the solution to your problem whilst you're stuck in the question mode.  You have to somehow introduce a gap. This can take time but that is ultimately your work. Feel good for the emotional freedom and not the stuff- though the stuff will come!

When you look at the comedians, the funniest stories are the most awful. When something went wrong and you looked a fool, or someone did something silly. When things are only ever going well, it's boring!

It's the mixing it up and making mistakes and learning that makes for the juiciest life experience. So it's all ok when things go tats up. Just roll with the punches, dust yourself off, make for a better plan next time and know you'll be alright!

One of my New Years resolutions (can't believe it's March already!) is to laugh a bit more. Just bringing up a little YouTube clip with some bloopers, comedy or game show fun lightens my day that little bit more.

Markets and industries are starting to crash because of the recent virus scare around the world. It can be really easy to tap into the fear and as an investor it can spook, but we must take comfort in the fact that we've seen this type of thing before and although it does shake things, in the long term it'll be fine.

One would like to believe markets will recover, travel will resume and we'll be back to growth before we know. Who knows really but I can't see this being a huge long term thing, we just have to ride out the bumps as best we can.

It can be really easy to think that when such and such changes or you acquire something that you'll be happier, but odds are, if you're not happy now, you'll never be happy!

It's really easy for me to get stuck in that mode- when something happens or I get such and such done then I'll be happy and all will be well, but there's always something to complain about! It's to be mindful that if you can be happy now, then it stands to reason you'll be happy down the line!
