Here's a few points from the evening:
- It's ok to ask for help! Especially if you're the over giver (which many of us sensitive people are!). It's important to be open and vulnerable and ok with it if you take on too much. Your body will be sure to tell you otherwise!
- Accept good for yourself! You are worthy and powerful and deserving of everything you want. You are good enough for whatever you desire! Just claim your worthiness!
- Breathe and relax and be calm! Try not to run ahead with thoughts of worry and stress. Instead, take a breath and relax. Allow the body to be in a state of well being and not tension.
